Job Overview

Position Title: Senior Administration Officer
Salary Range: $89,134 – $102,600 per annum + 17% superannuation (pro rata for part-time)
Appointment Type: Part-time, Continuing (contingent funded) for up to 4 years

Position Description

The Senior Administration Officer is responsible for providing efficient and effective general administrative support and coordinating daily operations within the Centre. This involves liaising with staff and students, offering high level advice on general and student administration, financial matters and human resources.

The role also includes supporting centre wide events, special projects and operational processes, under the guidance of the Centre Chief Operating Officer. Additionally, the Senior Administration Officer assists with administration and events related to the Centre’s Partnership and Engagement portfolios, working closely with relevant stakeholders and the Communications team.
