At Atlantic Superstore, we are looking for passionate individuals to join us as Store Colleagues and Garden Centre Operators in various locations across Canada.
Store Colleague Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring shelves are stocked and responding to customer needs.
- Maintain and stock product displays according to company standards.
- Ensure accurate product scanning, identify inventory needs and assist with ordering.
- Execute company-directed promotions and programs.
- Maintain department cleanliness and uphold health and safety standards.

Garden Centre Operator 2024 Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in the Garden Centre.
- Train, motivate and direct Garden Centre Staff on plant knowledge.
- Maintain attractive merchandising and conditions of the Garden Centre.
- Collaborate with Assistant Store Manager on daily operations (staffing, ordering, standards).
Qualifications for Garden Centre Operators
- Passion for gardening.
- Self-motivated with a service-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to approach customers and recommend products.
- Knowledgeable about plant care, soil, lawn amendments and plant diseases.
