Job Functions/Responsibilities

  1. Study and analyze plant material movement processes for improvement recommendations.
  2. Enhance departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Address roadblocks in Receiving and Production, conduct audits against Standard Work, manage training matrices and support training improvement initiatives.
  4. Conduct process and product audits, documenting the outcomes.
  5. Develop, document and standardize operational processes including JSS, SWI, OPL, Kaizen forms and other necessary documents.
  6. Assist in maintaining software programs related to operations.
  7. Support the implementation of new manufacturing processes.
  8. Recommend strategies to reduce product transportation time and improve manufacturing costs.
  9. Participate in discussions related to process improvement and safety measures.
  10. Collaborate with cross functional teams on projects and maintain a Plan for Every Part.
